“Workout the Body” will be personalized to meet your goals by focusing on gaining gentle control of the subtle structures of the body’s fascia, tendons, ligaments, meridians and channels to allow the energy within the body to flow with ease. A gentle yet challenging combination of Qigong practices, wellness training, techniques, myofascia self-massage/training and shungite and soap grounding plates/rods will ground, center, build energy within your body.

Train the Mind

“Train the Mind” will be personalized to meet your goals by focusing on gaining gentle control of both hemispheres of your mind, activating, resting and guiding energy through channels, vessels and meridians to your mind, allowing the energy to flow with ease. A gentle yet challenging combination of Qigong practices, wellness training, techniques, myofascia self-massage/training and shungite and soap grounding plates/rods will ground, center, focus energy within your mind. 

Exercise the Spirit

“Exercise the Spirit” will be personalized to meet your goals by focusing on gaining gentle control of your breath, washing your bones, training your heartbeat and sitting difficult spirits down for tea, to open your heart and let energy flow with ease. A gentle yet challenging combination of Qigong practices, wellness training, techniques, myofascia self-massage/training, and shungite and soap grounding plates/rods will ground, center, and cultivate energy within your spirit.
